Magenta will try and ensure we meet your preferences where we can. However, some times are particularly popular, such as after school hours for children, which may make it harder to organise at these times. In these cases, we will be in touch to discuss options (e.g., appointments at school etc.).
If you have Behaviour support funding, please check if you are Agency Managed on your plan as this might be different to the other categories.
For all self-managed services we require a copy of the NDIS Plan or an excerpt of the Plan which outlines the funding provided for this service.
If you are plan managed, please make sure you have signed up with a plan manager prior to requesting services
