Founding Magenta Community Services in 2013, Jonny has a long 30-year history in the disability sector and is extremely passionate, driven and hardworking. Her daughter Emily was born in1992 with major health complications and diagnosed with a disability. Emily tragically passed away in 1996. Jonny knows what it feels and looks like to be a family living with a disability which is why Magenta has built a strong foundation and message to always keep the participant at the heart of everything we do. Her empathy, kindness and compassion for our participants and families shine through Magenta every day.

Outside of her role, Jonny loves spending time gardening, listening to music and cooking. She loves spending time with her son Liam, binge watching a good TV series and going on holidays with freinds and family.

Jessica joined the Magenta team in 2016. Backed by a career spanning 20 years, she has a background in education and community services.  Jessica is passionate about working with people to create meaningful change and great outcomes. Additionally, she places a high value on a holistic approach to support. Whether it’s communicating with loved ones or connecting with communities, Jessica ensures people are at the centre of Magenta’s support framework.  During her time at Magenta, Jessica has worked across aged care and disability support services. Furthermore, she is experienced in supporting children with disabilities.  Outside of her role, Jessica loves spending time with her family. Being outdoors and camping as often as possible are also favourite pastimes.

Tiffany started Magenta in Gladstone in November 2016, at the time she was doing payroll for the company and doing shifts to get things off the ground. In 2017 Tiffany started the Gladstone NDIS Readiness Group to spread the word and prepare Gladstone residents for the NDIS rollout! During her time in her role Tiffany has completed an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management. She loves her job and can’t ever imagine doing anything else. When Tiffany is not working, she loves to spend time with her kids and family. They love going to the beach or exploring one of the many local Gladstone parks.

Stefannie joined Magenta in 2020 and is a values-driven leader with expertise across quality, compliance, and service delivery in the NDIS and Aged Care sectors. She is known for her practical, people-centred approach, balancing strong governance with real-world outcomes to deliver safe, high-quality, and sustainable services.

A decisive and transparent leader, Stefannie builds accountable, high-performing teams and drives continuous improvement, with a clear focus on outcomes that improve the lives of participants and consumers. Her qualifications in Aged Care law, Audit Standards and Human Resources strengthen governance and underpin efficient, compliant back-of-house operations.

Outside of work, Stefannie enjoys time with her family and creative pursuits, including pottery, painting, and DIY.

Brooke joined Magenta in 2023 and works with the Support Coordination team on achieving our participants goals and objectives, ensuring that they’re getting the right supports in place to best meet their needs. Brooke loves getting to connect with our people and understand their needs and how we can best help them to achieve their goals. She loves the challenge of finding a solution to even the most complex of situations. When she’s not working Brooke loves to spend time with her friends and family, especially her son. She’s an avid reader and loves a sneaky road trip to the beach when time allows.

Erin started her journey with Magenta in 2019, and her role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support coordination, ensuring that participants can make informed decisions about their lives and access the right services to meet their needs. Erin truly believes in the work we do, not just as a professional but also on a personal level—having a child who receives NDIS supports has shown her firsthand how life-changing the right services can be. When Erin is not working, she loves spending quality time with her husband and her two beautiful children, they enjoy camping at least once a month.

Kylie started with Magenta in 2018 as a Support Worker and then worked in the Key Worker and Team Leader space before settling into her current role as Southern Queensland Regional Leader. Kylie is passionate about always doing the right thing, even when it is hard, she works to achieve this through being consistently honest, clear, and kind. Kylie enjoys working behind the scenes to help implement the systems and processes that assist in providing quality support, and a safe and healthy working environment for all. When Kylie is not at work, reading is one of her favourite things to do along with gardening and spending time with her family.

Tamara joined Magenta in 2020 and in her role here she oversees the Finance Team, making sure that exceptional customer service is always provided by promptly responding to queries about financial matters and payroll within a timely manner. Tamara leads her Finance team to work in accordance with NDIS and My Aged Care requirements and ensures that Magenta are always audit ready. Her role sees her working collaboratively to meet business needs and completing all accounts payable, receivable and payroll tasks, preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. When she’s not at work, Tamara loves to eat spicy foods, spend time with her family and go out for a ride on her Motorbike.
