We have offices in Toowoomba Southeast Queensland and Gladstone Central Queensland & Lismore New South Wales.

We acknowledge the safe places provided by the Jagera, Giabal, Jarowair, Goring Gureng, Barunggam, Western Waka Waka, Bunjalung and Kamilaroi land which provides for our service delivery and Magenta’s people.

At Magenta Community Services our team works alongside people of all ages, providing Disability Support Services, Support Coordination, Plan Management Services and Support at Home Packages and Care Management.

Across Central and Southern Queensland, and the Northern Rivers regions in New South Wales, collectively we support nearly 600 people each year.

We provide our Support Coordination Services all over Australia and have participants

We are an approved provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and an accredited My Aged Care Provider, providing Support at Home Packages and Care Management.

We are part of our local communities and are proud to contribute and participate in meaningful ways via donations, sponsorships and participating in community events.

We continuously support and assist our people to be part of their communities.

At each of our three locations and surrounding areas we offer our four key services:

New South Wales | Northern Rivers Region

Magenta was founded in Lismore, New South Wales in 2013.

Lismore is known as the Rainbow Region and the alternative lifestyle capital of Australia, acting as a vibrant hub for culture, sustainability, and the arts in the Northern Rivers. It is celebrated for its rich volcanic soil producing macadamias and coffee and its strong artistic, creative community.

Our Lismore Office is located at 6 Industry Drive, Lismore NSW.

We proudly sponsor the Lismore Lantern Festival each year and have proudly sponsored the Lismore Relay for Life and Southern Cross University Netball Team for the past two years.

We love being a part of our Lismore Community and supporting our Lismore Fam and Participants.

Southeast Queensland | Toowoomba Region

Magenta opened in Toowoomba, Queensland in 2015.

The Toowoomba region, known as Queensland’s “Garden City,” is famous for its stunning parks, gardens, and the annual September Carnival of Flowers. As Australia’s second-largest inland city and the capital of the Darling Downs, it is a hub for agriculture, education, and heritage, featuring rich Victorian-era architecture and a growing coffee/street art scene.

Our Toowoomba Office is located at 88 Russell Street, in the hustle and bustle on the CBD.

We are proud sponsors of the Toowoomba Christmas Wonderland and are proud to enter The Chronicle Garden Competition and the Grand Central Floral Parade as part of the annual Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.

We have previously sponsored local women and girls sports teams and donated to many local charities and fundraisers.

We love to be involved with our local Toowoomba community and supporting our Toowoomba Fam and Participants.

Central Queensland | Gladstone Region

Magenta started in Gladstone in 2017.

The Gladstone region in Queensland is primarily known as the “engine room of Queensland,” featuring one of the world’s largest multi-commodity ports. It is also a key gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, including Heron and Lady Musgrave Islands. The Gladstone Region offers prime fishing, particularly at Lake Awoonga, it also boasts, many beautiful parks and nature walks.

Our Gladstone Office is located at 65 Goondoon Street, Gladstone Central, office access via Central Lane.

We love to be involved with our local Gladstone community and supporting our Gladstone Fam and Participants.
